Sarah Powell brings more than fifteen years of restaurant experience to the table with her first solo venture, most from within twenty miles of her current location. With a unique perspective gleaned from the family business, Pilaf, and her work with the local Slow Food Convivium, she brings a fresh approach to the bar business, offering fresh squeezed juices and food from local ingredients.

Along with her seasoned staff, she presents a unique and comfortable space to enjoy craft cocktails, conversation and comfort food.
